Q1) Key input does not respond
A:1)Make sure the power of this item is on (green)If the LED lamp does not respond even when turned on, please charge this product once.
2) Make sure you have switched to the desired terminal.Switch between Fn+2.4G/BT and confirm it works.
3) If the device connected by a 2.4GHz wireless receiver, please re-plug the 2.4GHz wireless receiver or plug it into another USB port before working
4) If the device does not respond with Bluetooth, please delete the connection record once and repair it before checking it to work.
Q2) Calculator Key Does Not React / Numlock Key Does Not React / NumLock Lamp Does Not Light Up
A: The calculator key only supports Windows devices, does not react with MacOS and iOS devices.
NumLock function is only compatible with Windows and MacOS and iOS will be the number and arithmetic symbols in the numeric area regardless of the press NumLock.
Q3) Some symbols (brace) equalization cannot be entered correctly
A: This product (Japanese-language layout keyboard) is often recognized as an English layout keyboard.
For Windows devices, please refer to the following instructions and change the keyboard layout to a Japanese layout before confirming it works.
Click [Settings] > [Time and Language] > > [Language & Region] > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > [Change Layout] > > > > [Change Layout] > > > > > > > > > Select "Japanese Keyboard (106/109 Key) > > > > > > > Use Connected Keyboard Layout > Restart your PC
For iOS devices, once you delete the connection record of all keyboards from the Bluetooth management screen of your iPad(iPhone), restart your iPad and pair it again, and it will be recognized.
This product is a Japanese layout keyboard, so it is recommended that you use other Japanese layouts together at the same time.If you use it with an English layout keyboard, please set it by the above steps, the English layout keyboard may lead to lost keys.
