Epoxy is coated on the surface of the buckle to prevent oxidation, however the coating may peel and spot, due to friction and sweat penetration during use. In this case, simply polish the epoxy resin coating adhered to the buckle surface with sandpaper of 2000 to 3000 mesh, or metal polish to reveal the brass fabric.
