Workout list with bench press bands
You can train your whole body with this single item.
Floor Press:
Lying on the mat and kneeling to bend the legs 90 degrees.
Hold the grips on both ends and stretch your breath toward the ceiling.
Seated row:
Hold the band in both hands and hang the pad on the soles of both feet.
Bend both elbows and pull the band.Pull the fist to the hip bone and put it back.
Back kick:
Place one knee on top of the putt, the other leg goes through the grip.
Push it up and put it back into place with the foot of the grip to kick the ceiling.
