1. Preheat & oil useAlways use oil to prevent sticking.Oiling the entire cooking surface especially when using for the first time.Please heat the gas fire with medium heat for about 1 minute.In addition, the heat area is good, so please weaken the flame power after preheating. Use oil to blend into the entire cooking surface with kitchen paper etc. |
2. Adjust the fire powerIt is sufficient for the fire power of a gas fire under medium heat.The temperature of the cooking surface rises, so if you cook it at 39.2 - 392°F (160 - 180°C) without sticking. Medium Heat: The flame force is enough to not touch or touch the bottom of the pan. |
3. In order to ensure a long service life.Please be careful when opening it.The heat area is very good, cooking on high heat may cause burn, so please cook on low or medium heat.Even if there are burnt marks or stains left on the cooking surface, it is easy to burn out, so please remove the stains thoroughly before using. |
