How to use optical digital cable converter
Optical: Supports digital signals
If you use the Optical input terminal, you can connect it with the following steps.
1) Connect the included USB power cable to the optical digital analog converter and connect it to the optical digital analog converter.
2) Connect the audio source device with the audio converter by fiber optic cable.(*The tip of the optical cable has a protective cap, so please remove the protective cap before using. )
3) Turn the audio output choice of audio source equipment to optical digital.
4) There are 2 kinds of audio output terminals on the output side of this optical digital voice analog converter.Depending on the connection port of the cable you are using.
If there is no voice: Turn the audio from your TV/projector to SPDIF.Turn the audio format of the external speaker into the PCM.
Coaxial input: Supports both digital and analog signals
When using a coaxial input terminal, connect the following steps.
1) Connect the included USB power cable to this DAC audio converter converter to power the optical digital analog converter.
2) Connect the audio source device with the voice converter by coaxial cable.
3) Turn the audio output choice of audio source equipment to optical digital.
4) There are 2 kinds of audio output terminals on the output side of this optical digital analog audio converter.Depending on the connection port of the cable you are using.

How to make the TV audio output to PCM

1) Press the Menu button.
2) Select "Audio Output" and press the "Decision" button.
3) Select "Digital Audio Output" and press the "Decision" button.
4) Choose "PCM".

Note for Optical Digital Coaxial to Analog Converter
1) Not compatible with Apple TV4, Chromecast, Chromecast Ultra, Blu-ray VCR.
2) AUX (3.5mm jack), R/L terminals interact with analog signals, not compatible with digital audio sources such as Dolby and DTS.
3) The source of input and speaker must be in your channel.For 5.1CH source of source, the speaker will match 5.1CH
4) The audio output format of the device for connection should be PCM/LPCM.
5) For those who are concerned about sound quality or want to build a home theater at home, it is better to output it with optical digital, so we do not recommend using optical digital to analog converters.
