Lost, stolen or damage that occurs beyond normal use or handPack (optional) is not available. Damage caused by normal use (posing, stop-motion animation) will be subject to replacement parts for indefinite life as long as Stickybones survives. If the part specifications are changed or discontinued, there is a possibility that the parts may not be replaced. Please be aware that the postage of parts is borne by the customer
