The **period is 2 years based on the date of purchase. Purchasing history is required. This product is limited to use in Japan.
We will exchange it for free if you are aware of an initial defect. If you are not able to arrange the same product due to stock circumstances, we may offer replacement for free.
In normal conditions, we will repair it free of charge. When it is possible to repair, replacement parts, etc. may be different. If the repair is not possible, a free replacement will be provided.
