Description
How to use
1. Remove the insulation tag from the battery case.
2. Press the (ON / SET) button to turn it on.
3. The middle two buttons (up/down arrow) allow you to choose different users. Next, press the (ON / SET) button to switch between the gender and age of the selected user, and use the arrow to edit the value.
4. When youre ready, press the (START) button to test your hand grip.
5. Press the (ON / SET) button to convert between LB/KG
6. While squeezing, it indicates the amount of force you currently squeeze, as soon as you let it go, it will show you the longest/peak of what you squeeze.
7. Press the (down arrow) button to save the results or press the (start) button to retest.
8. Test the grip and wait for 6 seconds after the maximum results are displayed, and you will see how many lbs/kg more or less compared to the saved results.
