MOMENTUM 4 Wireless Wireless Headphones How to Do Not Stable?
- No power on - Freeze your headphones -Cant connect with Smart Control App. Not Stable. If your headphone or app is not stable, please try the following methods:
1) Charge the cable at least 20 minutes or more, charge the cable until it is fully charged.
2) Press and hold the reset multi-function button for more than 20 seconds. (You can hear a short confirmation sound) *Individual settings such as pairing history will not be deleted.
If the button does not respond to it, hold and hold the multifunction button until it enters pairing mode while charging the cable. (Approx. 30 - 40 seconds)
3) Reset Smartphone App 1. Remove the "MOMENTUM 4" from the list of paired devices on Bluetooth devices. (You can also delete the connection management screen from the Smart Control app.)
2. Uninstall the Smart Control app and reinstall.
3. Restart your smartphone.
4. Please pair the headphones and your phone again.
5. Launch the Smart Control app to update firmware.
4) How to reset to the factory: Connect the headphones to the Smart Control app, tap the settings screen, "Factory Reset" and follow the instructions on the app.
