[Q&A]

Q1:Why do you have no data read?Display shows 0 watts.

Only one direction is displayed. In the opposite direction, the power is always 0.0W display. For this reason, you can use the C port with watt indication to connect the device side (MacBooks / Laptops / Smartphones or other devices) and connect the other end to the wall charger. The digital screen output will be 0W after fully charged the connected device.Thank you for your understanding.

Q2: I tried a 100W rapid charger, but it didnt reach up to 100W. Why not continue displaying 100W?

The display power of the cable is the load power of your device, and as a general rule, the load power is the maximum wattage or peak wattage while charging. For example, your phone supports super fast charging up to 25W, so 25W is the maximum wattage or peak wattage while charging. So it will not continue to display 100W.On actual charging, charging is curved, charging wattage increases from 0 to maximum and reduces to 0 until the device is full.
