iRig Pads are designed to be used anywhere, from home, studio, school, hotel, to airplane or train tray table. It is smaller than the iPad and is 0.9 inches (20 cm) in length and width and is 0.9 inches (2.3 cm) thick, so it can be easily carried in your bag. It comes with a Lightning cable to connect to your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and a USB cable to connect to your Mac/Windows computer, so you can plug it and use it without buying a separate USB camera adapter. Power supply also works with bus power. If you use older generation iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, we have the option of 30-pin cable.





Compact housing meets professional specifications



At the core of the iRig Pads is a 4x4 grid, and 16 velocity compatible pads. Each pad has a backlight that changes in red, orange and green depending on velocity, allowing expressive play with the feel of a rubber pad that is easy to hit with. Together, the iRig Pads are equipped with a slider that can assign MIDI control information, a rotary encoder with two knobs and a push button, and a terminal for Expression Pedal/Foot Switch. They allow you to control the continuous changing MIDI information such as pitch, filter, etc. Each pad assigned information can be stored and calling as 16 "scenes"
