Crimping Method:
Step 1.Strip the wire according to the contact you use.
Step 2. Insert the crimping contact with the handle open and place it in the locator.
Step 3. Insert the wire strip to the certain dimensions deep into this contact.
Step 4. Close the handle until the ratchet is released.Crimping is completed when released.
Step 5. Open the handle and crimped contact
Take it out.
Please check the dolphin for the crimped contact if it is scratched, deformed, or the wire core reaches deep into the contact.
