Reasons for overwhelming durability (compared to Thermos conventional products)
The general formula uses fluorine coating directly to aluminum materials.
After repeated use, the fluorine layer will be shaven, exposing the aluminum part and making it easy to burn.
In comparison to that, the Plasma Super Hard Coat is made of 17,000 degree plasma jet to create an ultra-hard plasma coating.
Fluorine coating over plasma coating provides a strong bond to the fluorine layer and aluminum material.
After repeated use, the fluorine layer is firmly protected and the remaining fluorine layer of ultra-hard plasma coating will remain non-stick. Plasma coated coating is 10 times harder than aluminum.
