The Khadas Tone 2 Pro USB DAC and Headphone Amplifier with Balanced RCA Hardware MQA Decoding, Tone2 Pro is a second generation of toneboards. This incorporates a variety of user feedback from the first generation of products, Tone1. The ESS ES9038Q2M DAC is paired with four powerful OPA1612 opire amplifiers and three buffer amplifiers. This 3-stage amplification path allows the Tone2 Pro to drive a wide range of demanding audiofang grade headphones with impedance of up to 150 ohms. Other additional features of the Tone2 Pro include a standard 3.5mm single-end jack, as well as a 4.4mm balanced headphone jack. With two USB-C ports, you can use the first USB-C data to achieve superior power noise isolation while connecting a 5V linear power to the second USB-C port. Finally, we added the industrys first balanced RCA lineout. These new RCA ports have 3 signal pins instead of two, but they have the same size and form factor as regular RCA ports.
