Versatile "Personality Fuzz "
Old Blood Noise Endeavors Haunt Fuzz is a gated fuzz that creates a variety of unique fuzz sounds.
From a subtle fuzzy sound behind a clean sound, to a scalloped fuzz with a saw, you can combine Volume, Gate, Fuzz, Mix, and Tone knobs to create a variety of textures and characters.
There are also two toggle switches. These switches are Mode and Bass switches.
The Mode switch can switch the combination of silicone transistors, and choose the volume and fuzz distortion.
The Bass switch allows you to add a low end boost to the effect signal.
Control:
Volume:Adjust the overall volume level.
Mix: balance effect signal and clean signal. The minimum setting will result in a complete clean signal and the maximum effect signal is only available.
Fuzz: Adjust the gain of fuzz The last 5% of the maximum setting is a noisy effect that mixes feedback.
Tone: Set up your high pass filter. Turn left for a strong low sound, turn right to the fullest for sharp, treble powerful sound.
Gate: Adjust the compression level of fuzz sound. Set to the left maximum for an open gate-free sound, or set to the right maximum for intense compression.
The Mode Switch creates a harmonic fazz with strong compression in the left position.
Open mid-range fuzz in right position. The right position also increases the volume.
Switching switches will change the response of each knob. When you change the mode, you can also try changing the knob settings.
Low switch switches between normal signal (left position) and base boost signal (right position). The tone will be a little thick.
Haunt Fuzz works with standard center negative 9VDC adapter. The current consumption is 20mA. Does not use batteries.
