Product Description


pH electrodes need to be calibrated regularly.

Normally, calibration is recommended after cleaning the electrode, after maintenance, after playback, replacement, or after long-term storage.

It is an essential step to maintain the pH measuring system in good condition.

APERA / pH Standard Fluid Features:
The color matches the pH identification chart and differentiates the liquid from the source, so there is no need to worry about mistaking the standard liquid.
Compared to a calibration agent, there is no need to worry about the accuracy of the calibration fluid due to the infusion of carbon dioxide in the solution.
The container is sealed with a leak-proof double wallet.
Comes with two options of 8.5 fl oz (250 ml) and 16.9 fl oz (500 ml).

Please refer to the following guidelines to keep your standard liquid as best as possible after opening.
When not in use, always close the plug.
When using, please transfer the necessary amount to a different clean container before using.
Do not return standard liquids to the original container.
Please record the first usage date (open date) in a standard liquid container.
Do not store containers or standard liquids in a place exposed to direct sunlight.
If the standard liquid expires date, please replace it with a new one.


When stored dry, the pH electrode adversely affects the pH glass membrane and thus shortens the life of the electrode.

● When storing in a short period of time between measuring and measurement, or in the event of a short period of time, please store in the internal liquid (3mol/L potassium chloride).
When storing for a long period of time, such as 1 month or more, please check the concentration of the internal liquid of the electrode, and choose the appropriate internal liquid for storage.
★Never store the electrode in a solution with low ion concentration, such as pure water or purified water.
★ When stored in dry, first soak the electrode in the storage solution for 12-24 hours before measuring.


The internal fluid of the comparison electrode may cause leakage or deformation during measurement and may need to be refilled or replaced in some cases.
Please check the internal fluid of the electrode, and select the corresponding internal liquid of the electrode and use it.

Comparison electrodes internal fluid can be seen in the instruction manual. If you are not sure about it, please contact the manufacturer.
Please be aware that if the liquid inside the electrode is inserted by mistake, there is a risk of electrode damage.
Due to the structure of the electrode, the internal fluid of the comparison electrode may not be able to be replaced or replenished.
