[Handling Instructions]
1. Stack around the band
2. Hold the handle and set the band.
3. Tighten with the right lever operation.
4. Start welding with the left lever (no need to keep pushing).
5. The band is cut at the same time as welding.
6. Remove and tie down while holding the lower lever.
