The fabric is made of the same material as martial arts equipment to ensure durability and prevent the interior cushion from deforming and increase safety. The mat is 4.7 inches (12 cm) thick, and has excellent cushioning. Air vents on the sides prevent bursting caused by impact, and allow internal compressed air and shock to be exhausted.
