Steps to connect your phone to a printer
1. Download and install the APP (for Android: CaysnPrinter, iOS: Printer-x) or other related app.
2. Put the printing paper(smooth side of the printing paper is active, the smooth side faces the printhhead) → Remove the battery and remove the "brown high temperature tape" → "brown high temperature tape" has been torn into printer→long press "power button" for 3 seconds, turn on the printer → Open the downloaded app with your phone → Set relevant permissions → Click "Printer" Click "→ Pop-up" Search MTP-2 in the "Printer Connection" list ("NAME" on "self-test page) → "MTP-2" → Enter the PIN code "000" (i.e. "PIN" on the self-test page), to confirm whether the "connected" is displayed on the "Printer" list to indicate that the Bluetooth has been connected successfully.
3. There is a "self-check page" attached inside the printer. If there is no "self-test page", you can print it yourself.How to print the self-test page is as follows:Turn off the power → Set the paper → Close the cover → Hold the "Paper Feed" and "Power Button" at the same time → When you hear "2 drops", the 2 buttons → The printer will print the "Self Test Page".
