ShockStop dramatically improves the ride without sacrificing the steering response. The sleek PurePivot design gently cushions the hands with elastomers in the shaft while the front wheel moves up and down the uneven road. The forged aluminum components are very torsional rigidity so you can naturally ride uphill or lake. Restricted movement provides the right level of shock absorption without compromising the shape or handling of the bike. So how do you feel the whole one? In a word: kind. Almost completely eliminates vibrations on rough surfaces and greatly reduces dents and cracks. ShockStop is available in 5 different elastomers designed for riding so you can precisely adjust your riding experience. Racers, triathletes, and professional racers can choose more solid settings to maintain a more traditional front wheel movement. Commuters, fitness fans, and distance riders are more comfortable because they have a softer option. COMPATIBILITY: ShockStop is suitable for most race, hybrid, and triathlon bikes. If your bike has a threadless shaft, it is easy to replace. If your bike is equipped with a fly spring shaft, a separate adapter for the fly spring shaft is required; Handle Shaft Diameter (Fork): 28.6mm Handlebar Clamp Diameter: 31.8mm Note: Sloped handle at the back of the driver limits the effectiveness of the suspension. ShockStop is not recommended for hand positions (handles) over 25mm behind the handle clamp.
