It is constructed of 100% PTFE with excellent heat and chemical resistance, and does not contain any other ingredients other than PTFE.
PTFE is harmless to the body, and its chemical and thermal stability makes it safe to use in a clean room.
The PTFE fiber is widely used as sewing thread and is made with fibers that have been further treated with special processing, so it is particularly excellent in tearing strength. It is the tear strength of approximately 20 times after similar fiberglass cloth used in the same temperature range.
Since it uses special processed PTFE fiber, it is possible to weave tightly without the film lamination, with less porosity.
Since there is no lamination of film, etc., it is possible to make complex shapes, heat insulation material and mat, etc. with elasticity in the bias direction.
Compared to conventional products, the outer coating is made of 100% PTFE cloth for improved cleanliness and superior chemical resistance.
The heating wire is changed to traditional nichrome wire, and uses stainless fiber wire, making it strong and flexible.
RoHS 2 compliant product.
Normal usage limit: 588°F (230°C), heat-resistant temperature: 552°F (260°C).
