Fitting Method < This mouthguard will remember the shape of your teeth and gums by placing it in boiling water.


(1) Hot water & Heat resistant bowl, cold water, watch available	(2) Put the cage in advance and practice the image	(3) Soak perfectly in boiling water for 30 seconds.	(4) Remove and shake off water for 10 seconds.


(5) Place the mouthguard in line with the center of the cage.	(6) Put it in your mouth and chew it firmly for 1 minute	(7) In cold water, soak for 30 seconds and cool	(8) Then chill it in the fridge and youre done.
