When do I need to replace the lead?
When the treble is not good, the lead is attached to the mouthpiece, which means the lead is already very soft and needs to be changed. And when you feel the tone is falling, there is a lot of time.

How to install Alto Saxophone Lead?
1.Put the thin end of the lead into your mouth or dip it in a container with water.
2. Place the flat side of the lead on the flat surface of the mouthpiece.
3. Carefully place the fitting on the leash.
4. Make sure the tip of the mouthpiece is almost the same as the tip of the lead.
5. Adjust the side of the lead with your thumb - do not touch the tip
6. Tighten the screws tightly to prevent the riggers from slipping but not too tight.

Warm Tips
1. The new lead is relatively dry and hard, not enough vibration. Soak in cold water for about 2 minutes before use (foam lead tip). Several leashes are ready for changing. This can effectively extend the life of the saxoride
2. Please be careful when installation and installation. If the tip is bent, the lead cannot be reused.
3. After use, we recommend to wash gently with water and wipe the remaining water with paper, then put it in the ventilator and store it in the case.

NOTE
Spot on lead will not affect use at all. Some leaves are not covered during reed growth. When dew is gathered into these parts, it is exposed to the sun and then speckles are formed. Some experts specifically choose this kind of reed because reeds are meant to grow in enough sunlight.
