Finn Swimming Introduction
Fin Swimming is a foot fin, which uses foot fins to progress on the surface and underwater.
The fins include Beefin (2 fins for each shoe) and Monofin (1 fins for both feet).
Beefin features easy to enjoy convenience and freedom of movement. Even beginners can use it right away and it is said to increase propulsion by 30%.
The monofin is shaped like dolphin paw and swims like a dolphin, while allowing your hands to move forward and reduce the drag of assembly.
The propulsion force is much larger than beefin in 14 seconds and 100 meters swimming in 31 seconds and above 3 meters per second.
