This compressor / limiter boasts low noise, wide dynamic range with accurate RMS level (effective value) detection circuits and high performance low noise VCA (voltage control amplifier)
The basic 3 controls (threshold, ratio, and gain) are equipped with 2 envelope controls (attack time, release time). This compressor / limiter can be set up for detailed studio-level settings.
The threshold level can be continuously varied from 0dBu to -40dBu for optimal compression. The reduction LED displays the compression effect accurately and can be set according to your visual eye.
Compression Ratio can be varied continuously from 1:1 to ∞:1. Output gain can be continuously varied from 0dB to 30dB to produce a wide range of compression effects from clean boosters to limiters.
