The beautiful color and shape of the Aurora Bottle is made from a single piece of 1mm thick discus titanium. The bottom is 0.04 inch (1 mm) so it wont dent even if dropped, and the sides are 0.02 inch (0.4 mm) for light weight, and the mouth is 0.03 inch (0.8 mm) thick without rolling around the edges for ease of mouth. This complex shape is achieved in a single piece of titanium without welding, creating a beautiful bottle that is both lightweight and strong, with no color irregularity. This bottle was created by the artisans of Tsubame Sanjo.
