Features of Iron Product

Seasoning (How to Learn to Learn Before Use)
1. Clean with dish soap and dry thoroughly.
2. Place it on a fire or under medium heat until white smoke is produced.
Because it becomes empty and it becomes very hot, please do not leave your side and be careful of burns.
When using a gas stove with Si sensor, the flame may run small or extinguish the fire. Cassette stove is recommended.
Even if you are not sure that white smoke has been released, please burn thoroughly for about 5 minutes.
3. Stop the fire and allow it to cool a little while the skillet is warm and apply vegetable oil such as olive oil.
Because it is hot, please be careful of burns.
The material can be used for induction cooking heaters, but it cannot be used with induction cooking heaters. Use on a gas stove or cassette stove.
Note: The main unit is very hot during cooking and immediately after cooking. As there is a risk of burns, please make sure to use thick mitts etc.
This product can be used with direct flames such as ovens, gas stoves, and induction cooking heaters.
Do not use in microwave.
