Description
Material Selection:
1. Use 1.5 square copper wire when within 50 meters from the winding machine.
2. It is recommended that you connect 20 units with the same main wire, and the main line is a copper core wire with a metric or 10 square meter.
3. If you connect 20 electric winder at the same time, we recommend using 1600W or 2000W transformer.
★ After installing the film winder, please make sure to install the waterproof cover to prevent water from entering the machine.
★After installing the film winder, check whether the roll film tube is straight and the whole shaft is riding without interference. Make sure the drive shaft spins smoothly before turning on the motor.
Note:
(1) Drive the steel pipe at the end of the greenhouse where the electric film retraction machine is installed, and then cut it to a 5.9 inches (150 mm). Never bend or twist.
(2) Connect the joint of the drive shaft and the drive steel pipe with M8 hex screw.
(3) The overlap length of the nesting tube (outside) and nesting tube (inside) should be at least 3.9 inches (100 mm).
(4) Nesting tube (inside) and fixing pipe can be rotated around fixed steel pipe after joining it.
(5) The side rising steel tube and the steel pipe driving must be at a right angle. 4. How to adjust the limit switch?
Please make sure the voltage is properly connected or the power voltage is correct before adjusting the limit, as the limit will be required after installing the electric film winder.
Adjustment Method:
1.Fix the machine in the middle of the unfolded film, turn on the power and start the motor, change the direction of the motor several times to test whether the motor is working normally.
2. The drive shaft of the machine can rotate up to about 40 revolutions (about 10 minutes). When using 25mm roll film tube, the roll film width is about 4m.
3. The limit switch part of the machine is red and green as shown in the picture, the original setting is 0. Using 25mm winding film tube as driving axis, the height of the film rolled for each large winding film tube is about 0.08 m and the height of the film wound for each 10 scale winding film tube is about 1 meter.
4. Open the waterproof cover, press the adjustment button to adjust the thin film width.
5. After adjusting the limit switch, do it repeatedly several times to test whether it works properly, and adjust to the best working position at the same time.
6. After adjustment, do not replace it yourself.
