ZETA titanium products feature a simple design that does not require any additional embellishments. It emphasizes the original purpose of titanium, so there is no unnecessary processing. Not only are titanium parts cut but they also feature a hot-forged manufacturing method that outperforms the strength of the material. The head part is precision cut to ensure optimal quality, and the high strength material is designed to be one size smaller for a lighter weight. The rolled threads are hardened by plastic deformation, so they are 1.5 times stronger than cutting screws. (Recommend to use cask inhibitors)
