Cold-forged for high precision and abrasion resistance.

"Cold Forging" is made with a mold at room temperature without adding material to heat.Compared to "hot forged" which is processed by applying heat, it has better precision and abrasion resistance. This is a process that requires much effort and high skill and experience in every aspect of the mold and material, but the heart of the pedals, MKS Pedals are all cold forged in our own home. This allows for better rotational performance and durable pedals.

Quality control through our in-house heat treatment

The material is hardened and heat treated to improve abrasion resistance, tensile strength and fatigue strength.Migashima Seisakusho has been equipped with furnaces and tempering to control quality. This allows for a hard surface and a sticky core for durability and a durable pedal lead. Not only is the pedal restoration rod, but also the structure parts, the one and ball push, etc., are manufactured and heat treated to maintain the accuracy and durability of the product at a high level.

Building techniques that have been cultivated in 1949.

Migashima Seisakusho MKS pedals have been making pedals since 1949.We are still concentrating on manufacturing in Japan.NJS certified top quality pieces are individually hand-assembled and adjusted using ultra-thin spacers up to 100/100 mm.It has a rotating performance that can be rotated just as long as possible. In addition, other products use a specialized assembly machine developed in our own company to automatically inject grease and assemble components. We produce stable pedals with thorough control, but at the end of the time we adjust and inspect each pedal by hand.
