Tips to make your Metapen A11 easier to use:
Q1: Why Metapen A11 does not work with iPad?
1. Make sure the A11 is turned on.It will automatically turn off after 5 minutes without operation, press the hot key once to turn on (LED stays white for 3 seconds)
2. Please check if the ipad model is compatible.Compatible with iPad series 2018-2022 and later iPad models,will not work with iPad before 2018, iPhone, Android, Microsoft devices.
3. All iPad models need to be updated to iOS 12.2 or later. Please use the official notebook downloaded in the App Store.
4. If you have previously connected A-pple pencil with other pen, please unlock pairing before using the Metapen A11.
Q2:Why shortcuts do not work?
1. Make sure the Bluetooth is paired
2. Eraser function only works with Goodnotes & Procreate.
3. You need to tap the pen on the screen to switch the eraser back to the stylus function.
4. The photo function is only for the camera.
