Description

White and white pearl car body large wetting and scratching filler putty.


Point 1 Fill large body dents and scratches
Can fill dents within 5.9 inches (15 cm) diameter or up to 0.8 inches (20 mm) deep.
Does not adhere to metal or resin parts other than iron.
If you use the product with a depth of over 0.8 inches (20 mm), please use the product after making a base with the 99 workshop "Ultra Light Putty (sold separately).

Point 2 Polyester putty that is easy to sharpen with sandpaper.

Point 3 Convenient Tube Type!
You can use just the amount you need, and the rest can be stored.

Perfect for white and white pearl repairs.


How to Use:

STEP1
While applying water to the included sandpaper [#150] removes paint and rust from the repair area, and removes oil and dirt with the 99 workshop silicone off (sold separately).

STEP2
The main agent 100: 2 hardener parts from the tube and mix well with the included spatula to make it uniform with the included spatula.
Please note that if the main agent and hardener are not mixed well, it will not harden.
Cannot be used in temperatures below 11°F (5°C).

STEP3
Embedded the mixture of putty with a spatula, and apply it to a lively.
Estimated working time: After putty mixing, about 10 minutes until hardening starts (when at a temperature of 40°F (20°C).
If you apply a thickness of 0.4 inch (10 mm) or more at a time, it may cause wobbling or peeling.

STEP4
After curing putty, polish the surface smoothly, with sandpaper (#300 - #600).
After polishing, if the air bubbles are exposed to the surface, apply the "99 Workshop Thinning Putty (sold separately)", and then harden, smooth with sandpaper [#600] and paint with the 99 Workshop Body Pen (sold separately).
Estimated putty cure time: about 1 hour (when at a temperature of 48°F (20°C).
