Turn on the power switch on the side of the keyboard. Q: No Bluetooth connection/Bluetooth recognition is detected
A: Reboot the keyboard and your device, delete the Bluetooth connection record of the device, and reconnect it.Make sure your device has Bluetooth function turned on.Turn off your devices Bluetooth and turn it on again.Keep the distance between your device and the keyboard as close as possible.Fully charge your keyboard and your device.
Q: The keyboard cannot be charged.

Q: Japanese and English input cannot be switched.
The switching syntax cannot be switched on the keyboard, and the syntax can be switched on the device.
