Loosen the nut and remove it in order of the heater pipe, soldering iron tip and spacer.Assembly is done in reverse steps.

Unplug from the outlet and make sure the soldering iron tip and surrounding parts are cool before working.

When replacing the soldering iron tip, remove the pipe inside the soldering iron tip and adhering to the heater surface.

Adjust the temperature of the iron tip

Change the temperature to match the resin type, shape and size of the insert nut.

Set the temperature of the tip of the soldering point (resin melts temperature) + 22°F (100°C).
