How to use

1.Install the dedicated coverRemove the gel and attach the upper and lower strings to the stroller or car seat. |
2. Cool or warm the gel and set it into a dedicated cover.Prepare the gel for your intended purpose, and place it in the dedicated cover that you have installed. When cooling: about 3-8 hours in the refrigerator. When heating: Microwave for about 1 minute (small gel), about 1 minute, 30 seconds (large gel), or warm water in an electric pot (about 85 - 90 degrees) for about 5 minutes. |
