Description

●円すい形のわけ
深い珈琲粉の層ができ、注がれたお湯が中心に向かって流れることにより珈琲粉に長く触れ、成分をより抽出することができる。
●おいしい淹れ方
1,ペーパーフィルターのチャック部(点線部)を折り曲げる。ドリッパーの内部にぴったりとセットし、杯数分の珈琲粉(中細挽き)を入れて粉を平らにする。
2,珈琲粉の中心から粉全体がしめる程度にお湯をゆっくり注ぎ30秒程度蒸らす。
3,中心よりうず状にお湯を注ぐ。注ぐ際はペーパーフィルターに直接かからないように注ぎ、抽出時間は杯数分関係なく3分以内とする。
