Kyutaya ware is mainly produced in Kanazawa, Kaga, and Nomi City, Ishikawa Prefecture, and is especially known as the "Kyuyano-no-no-Sato" in Nomei city.Artisans, kiln shops, wholesalers, box shops and other related suppliers are all together.In addition, the pottery village includes a full range of facilities including Museum and Schools (Kutyaya Ware Technology Training Institute in Ishikawa Prefecture), and support workshops.
The circular shapes are centered around the lochro, and complex objects such as squares and figurines can be shaped by hand.
Bake for 8 hours at about 800 degrees Celsius will become skin tone.Then bake in the kiln at a high temperature of 1300 degrees Celsius for more than 15 hours.
In addition to painting the bone with Kuresu, you can use Japanese paint to change the color.Kyutani Ware Japanese paint has a completely different color before and after baking, so it is quite difficult to mix and color scheme and make it a showcase for the artisans.
Its the last step.Depending on the color, it can be baked overnight in an upper kiln of around 800 degrees.However, if you use gold or silver, you will need to re-heat it in a gold kiln (brocade kiln) and grill it at a low temperature of 400 to 500 degrees.
