Description

This is an electric 3-way ball valve that is suitable for controlling the flow of water on the fan coil. The valve body is forged brass and the actuator is powered by a hysteresis synchronous motor. It has a manually open valve operation mechanism that resets by a spring after a power outage (valve closes itself after a power outage) and is one of the most commonly used electric valves in central air conditioning systems.

Installation and trial operation

1. Before installation, please read the instruction carefully and disconnect the relevant power supply, and install by a professional.

2. The direction of the water flow must be the same as the arrow direction of the valve body.

3. The valve body must be placed on top of the fan tray and allow the water drips to fall into the container.

4. The valve body and actuator can be installed within ±60° up and down directions, and the top part has more than 1.2 inches (30 mm) space for disassembly and installation, and surrounding plumbing and equipment.

5. Please ensure sufficient space for maintenance work, and at the same time ensure maintenance personnel reach from access holes.

6. Cannot connect more than 2 electric valves in parallel directions. If you need to connect it in parallel directions, please isolate it with a relay.

7. The actuator must be installed after the valve body is installed and the pipeline is pressure tested.

8. If the drive part is attached to the valve body, during installation and trial operation, please do not apply force to the drive, otherwise it will damage the drive part.

9. The drive must be wrapped in insulating material, otherwise it will affect the heat dissipation.

10. Drives need to be ground securely through wires of 0.06 inch (1.5 mm2 or higher, other wires must comply with relevant electrical standards.

11. After installation, make sure the correct operation is performed without water or electricity. Observe a full operating cycle of the drive at least three times to ensure all parts are normal. Ensure all parts are normal and correct.

12. After passing the water-less test operation, the water test operation is performed. You must strictly control the difference between the upper and sewer of the system within 0.13 MPa to ensure the effectiveness of electricity. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the electric valve for water switching, the difference between water and sewer of the system must be strictly controlled within 0.13MPa.
