Pouch type diffuser.
Simply place it over the light part of the strobe to soften the strong light and create a more natural atmosphere.
Place the black part of the diffuser (inner silver reflex) on the top of the strobe to hold it in place.
It is more effective if you turn the strobe head upwards and bounce it on the ceiling.
