Depth jump.
Stand on the box and stepped forward and fall naturally.Lands on both feet and quickly jump in the moment of landing.
Box Alternating Push-Off.
Place one foot in the box and start jumping right up with your full power.Swing your arms to jump and swap the legs on the box left and right.
Side to side push-offs.
Your feet on the box will jump on the diagonally.When landing, quickly swap the legs on the box from left to right.
Box over
Stand next to the box and bend forward, and your hands are placed on the box.Kick it up and jump to take your body to the other side of the box.
Change the height of the box by changing the surface to place it.
Choose from 3 types of 15.7, 19.7, and 23.6 inches (40, 50, 60 cm).
