Ratchet function

The ratchet mechanism and leverage force provide a more powerful and reliable crimp. The ratchet type prevents any manufacturing mistakes, so you can squeeze the handle until the lock is removed, and crimping is complete. Prevents manufacturing mistakes such as lack of crimp or excessive crimping.

Ratchet Emergency Release

The canceling lever is included, so you can modify the process without damaging the cable or tool when the sleeve is accidentally crimped (*Please do not reuse the connector when reprocessing. )

Narrow handle width for ease of use

Approximately 2.0 inches (50 mm) when closed, very handy and easy to use.

Attention to Material

Mechanical mechanical alloy is used, so you can achieve reliable and speedy crimping. The surface of the dice is stripped and unscrewed, so it is less likely to stick to the terminals after crimping, making it easy to remove.

The compatible range is neat.

The specifications are printed on the handle, so the corresponding cable diameter is easy to understand and work well.

Pressure adjustment dial

The dial at the base of the handle allows you to adjust the crimping force.

How to use

Step 1 Cable processing

Check the length of the outer sheath. As a reference, place your nails on about 1/2 of the connector and mark the outer jacket.

Step 2

When the outer sheath is cut out, the copper wire will be exposedAlign the copper wire and fold it over.Cuts approximately 1/2 of the insulator and leaves the inner copper wire unfolded.Insert the connector connection unit.

Step 3

When the connector is plugged into the coaxial cable, insert it into the holder of the stopper.Hold the stopper up and down while it is secured to the holder. The top of the connector is pushed into a sealed state.Open the stopper, firmly insert the coaxial cable into the connector and secure it before crimping.
