Suggestion:

1. Cook on high heat. The temperature is too high. It is easy to burn the black bottom, burn the handle, and use medium and small fire to get the best cooking results.

2. After use, wash well in a dry place or hang to store. Some white stains and limescale on the surface of the pan if not properly served.

3.304 stainless steel conducts heat rapidly, so when the pot is burned in the air, rapid high temperature will oxidize and discolor.
