Compatible with Shimano 10 tiers.
(Note) Tighten the crown screws with the small protrusion on the back of the black resin washer securely clings to the small hole of the shifter.
If you tighten the resin washer while it is floating the protrusion will break and prevent the shifter from fixing.
Not for use with SRAM products.
What is Power Ratchet Non-Index Type?
There is a small cam inside the lever that allows the ratchet function to work. The cam will hold one step at a time on the ratchet side. When pulling the lever, it is less resistant and can be pulled lightly. The back direction has resistance so you can stop the lever and position the derailleur.
