Answer: One reagent can use 250ml of liquid.When calibrating 25 ml liquid at a time, you can use it dozen.
Leave the reagents in the refrigerator.
Question: How many times do you measure to get a new calibration?
Answer: If you are not using it for a long time, you will need to make a new calibration when it is inaccurate.
