The lid is heavy, and perfectly overlaps with the pan, keeping the moisture in the container and the flavor of the material.
"Tamisan" in Ishimaki City in Miyagi Prefecture, was made with a duralumin bread pottery for children after war, and then reproduces the bread pottery that was used at the time.
Can also be used on stove top. Induction only supports 100V
Cast features high surface temperature, good heat storage and high radiant heat release.
Since it has no oil film on the surface, you can use it once before using it to make it difficult to stick to it.

  • Use hot water and wash with turtle scrubber.
  • Cooks empty in about 30 seconds.
