MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTION: 1. Before use, tap the tool setting axis several times to make sure the slide is smooth.2. Wipe the bottom of the tool setter with magnet and wipe the surface of the zero setting base with a clean soft cotton cloth.3. Wipe the workbench or workpiece where the distance to the tool tip needs to be determined.4. Put the tool setter upside down on the workbench or flat surface, slowly press down to ensure zero setting base and workbench is fully attached, then press ON / OFF / ZERO key to set zero position (as shown in Figure 1).
5. After zero setting is completed, set the tool setter in the workbench located just below the tip of the machine tool (see Figure 2), slowly move down until the tip touches the surface of the tool set shaft, and follow the next step.Slowly adjust.until the LCD display readings reach 0.00mm (see Figure 3).At this time, the distance between the tip of the tool and the workbench is 50 + 0.01 mm.At this point, set the Z-axis to zero before moving the device to a safe distance.Remove the toolsetter and move the Z-axis down.Move to the previous zero position.At this time, the distance from the tool tip to the workbench is 50+-0.01mm.Tool tip to workbench to complete tool settings according to your actual needs.
