3 Steps for a Perfect FitFollow the order below to wear the earphones. Choose the right ear tip for your ear. Simply twist it to secure it to your ear. If the earbuds are not stable or have a tight seal, please change the size of the ear tips to give them a try. |
Testing on Ear Tips
Update the Soundcore app and earphone firmware. Connect the Liberty Air 2 Pro to the latest version of the Soundcore app and earbud firmware. Test is performed according to the guidance provided in the selection. (*There may be a loud sound for testing).
If the test results indicate "not good" seal.
Please change the size of the eartips to adjust the orientation of the earbud (right ear and left ear may be different size) and try again.
By choosing the size of the eartips that fit your eartips with a good seal will get the best sound quality and noise cancellation.
