Q: What should I do if there is LINE?
1. Please restart the smart watch.
2. Make sure that sleep mode is not enabled.
Method: Go to the "device" app and set sleep mode disabled in "Other Settings" then go to "Home" and swipe down to sync.
3. For your iPhone, please set your smartphone settings → "Notifications" → "LINE" → "Preview" to "Alway".
4. For Android: 1. Please always run the "VeryFit" app in the background.2. Turn on to display notifications.Turn on "Allow sound and vibration".
5. Does the PC version LINE have been set to "Do not display notifications on your smartphone when the PC version LINE started? Thank you for your understanding.
