Precautions

Make sure the MDF spoilboard is firmly fixed to the table of the machine.Please make sure the CNC material is firmly fixed to the table of the MDF spoilboard/machine.Otherwise, vibrations and chattering may cause poor accuracy.Also, the bit may be damaged.Do not use lubricants when using MDF spoilboard. We do not recommend using a sprayer, mist coolant or oil as the spoilboard may expand when wet.

Spoilboard preparation

Please verify that all parts are included when you receive the product. Compare the bottom of the spoilboard to the picture above.After checking and loosen 6 T-nuts slightly for accurate movement.

Installation

Then, align the T-nut side to fit into the slot of the CNC table. Please check the photos above.Green maru is the right direction, red is the incorrect direction.Tighten the hex screws with the spoilboard in place.(Note: Do not use too much force. Then each T-nut will rotate to lock in place and the spoilboard can be fixed to the CNC table.

Then lift each corner of the spoilboard and check if all the T-slot nuts are properly secured to the table.The spoilboard installation is complete.Enjoy DIY!
