A: When used with Android devices, the sound is less than IOS devices.
If you want to reduce the volume of your iOS device, you can set it up in the following ways:
Changes to Settings → Sound & Tactile → Headphone Safety → Reducing Loud Sound → 100 dB (adjust to your desired volume).
Q: The earbuds cannot be charged.
A: If there are dirt and obstacles on the earphone contact and the metal charging contacts of the charging case,
Since there is no contact with metal charging contacts,
The earbuds will not be charged.
